a. Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with timely notification of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.

b. Cancellation Fees: Depending on the service and timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers administrative costs and the loss of potential appointments for other clients. The specific cancellation fee amount may be a percentage or the total cost of the cancelled appointment.

c. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request without additional fees, provided that sufficient notice is given.

 

Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility: Services rendered are final and non-refundable. We understand that circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find alternative solutions or address any concerns you may have to ensure your satisfaction and well-being.

b. Non-Modifiable Packages: Neurofeedback packages are only redeemable for neurofeedback services and unused sessions cannot be applied toward other types of services.

c. Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the refund process may vary depending on the payment provider and it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies or situations beyond your control, we may make exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy. These exceptions will be evaluated by Modern Human on a case-by-case basis, depending on the service and circumstances, and our decision will be at our sole discretion.

 

Communication

All cancellation requests must be communicated directly to our office in writing via email. Requests made through other channels or to individual practitioners or employees may not be considered valid until confirmed by our office.
